The ladder

| Growth | $99 / mo | 10 | 5 | $20 each | No |

| Enterprise | Quoted | Unlimited | All | Included | Yes |
| Free trial | $0 | 25 | All | — | No |
- Starter has no base fee and no minimum. You pay $20 a person and pick two modules.
- Growth bundles ten people and five modules; people beyond ten are $20 each.
- Scale adds white-label branding and SSO against your own identity provider.
- Enterprise is invoiced rather than self-serve, and exists for the cases the ladder does not fit.
- The trial is more generous than any paid plan on purpose — every module, 25 seats — and it expires.
One user, the Marketing module, any ten agents, no card and no expiry. It is an acquisition offer for that one module rather than a rung on the suite ladder, so it appears only where Marketing is the context. See Marketing.
How seats are counted
A seat is an active, billable member of the organisation. Not a login, not a module, not a session.
| Person | Counts as a seat? |
|---|---|
| A member using six modules | One seat |
| A member using one module | One seat |
| An invitation nobody accepted | No |
| A removed member | No |
| A client signing in to the Client Portal | No |
| A member of a different organisation | Not on this bill |
The portal exclusion is the one worth planning around: client-facing work does not scale your bill with your client list. A hundred clients signing in to see their own work orders cost nothing.
Metered usage
One thing is charged by use rather than by seat: Phony call time, at $0.12 a minute. It is shown as a rate wherever the plan ladder appears, and only where the module is actually enabled — a workspace without Phony never sees the rate.
Billing

| Total | $176.44 |
What is live, and what is not
Seat counting, the plan ladder, the trial gate and the usage meter are all live and correct — the totals you see are real. Whether the workspace can complete a self-serve purchase depends on whether the payment rail is switched on for that deployment. Where it is not, the plan card says "Talk to us" rather than offering a button that fails, and the purchase happens by invoice. This page is marked In progress for that reason and nothing else.
Payments themselves are collected by the Client Portal, which has held the payment processor relationship for a long time. The shell decides what a workspace owes, because it is the only thing that can count seats; the portal collects it, and its webhook is the only thing that writes subscription state back. Two services holding live payment keys for the same account would have been two answers to "did they pay", which is one too many.
When a trial ends
The workspace gates rather than degrading quietly. The home page shows the plan ladder and the gate is impossible to miss — a trial that expires invisibly and starts failing writes is far worse than one that stops and says so. Data is retained; contact [email protected] for an export while a workspace is gated.
What this does not do
Monthly only today.
Modules are a plan limit, not a line item. Turning one off mid-term does not reduce the bill.
Metered call time is visible but does not notify you when it moves.
Each organisation bills separately. There is no group invoice across several.
Questions
What happens if we go over our module limit?
The plan limit is enforced when you enable a module. You are prompted to move up the ladder rather than being charged silently.
Do you charge for the Client Portal's users?
No. Clients are not members and are not seats.
Can we pay by invoice?
On Enterprise, always. On the other plans, ask.
Is there a discount for non-profits?
Ask. It is a conversation, not a form.
