The screens
| Screen | Address | For |
|---|---|---|
| Users | /chat/admin/users | Who is in the module and what they can do. |
| Channels | /chat/admin/channels | Archiving abandoned channels, transferring ownership. |
| Policies | /chat/admin/rbac | Access rules within the module. |
| Usage | /chat/admin/usage | Assistant invocations and cost. |
| Data connector | /chat/admin/airbyte | Data movement configuration. Rarely touched. |
Users arrive from the shell rather than being created here. Somebody who is a member of your organisation with access to the module appears the first time they open it. Removing them is done in the shell, not here — see Security for the two-step offboarding that actually ends a session.
Channel hygiene
The one administrative habit worth having is archiving dead channels. A workspace with forty channels and six live ones teaches people that channels are not where things happen, and once that is learned it is hard to unlearn.
Channels
18 channels · 6 with no activity for 90 days
| Channel | Members | Last message | State |
|---|---|---|---|
| #general | 14 | Today | Active |
| #finance | 6 | Today | Active |
| #delivery | 9 | Yesterday | Active |
| #website-launch-2025 | 11 | 7 months ago | Dormant |
| #old-office-move | 5 | 11 months ago | Dormant |
An archived channel leaves the sidebar and stays searchable. That is the right default — the conversations in a finished project are frequently the only record of why something was done.

Membership follows the shell.
