Talk to the people who deliver it

No qualification call and no handover from sales to delivery. You will speak to someone who implements this, and if we are the wrong fit they will tell you in the first conversation rather than after you have spent three weeks evaluating us.

Talk to implementation

Your details and what broke. We reply within one business day, from a person who delivers engagements.

45 minutes. No sequence, no drip — one reply from a person.

Free, about 90 minutesNo SDR layerSometimes ends in no

Useful to have

Four things that make the call worth more.

None of these are required and having them roughly to hand turns a general conversation into a scoped one.

What you run today

Accounting system, CRM, payroll, banking, spend, and anything else finance touches. Most companies name five systems and run eleven, so a quick count beforehand helps.

Your structure

Legal entities, currencies, and whether they consolidate. Entity count is the single strongest predictor of how much work an engagement is.

What broke

The specific thing you cannot do. "Report by department", "consolidate eleven entities", "somebody keys 600 bills a month" — specific beats general here.

Data condition, honestly

"We have not looked" is a useful answer and a common one. Optimism here is expensive because the gap surfaces during load rather than during scoping.

What actually happens

  1. A conversation, sixty to ninety minutes. What you run, what broke, what you have already tried. We will ask about data condition and entity count because those drive everything.
  2. A written recommendation. Within a few days, including which of integration, implementation, a diagnostic, or nothing we think fits. It is written rather than presented, so you can circulate it.
  3. A fixed price, if you want one. Usually within two days of the scope being agreed. Where an unfamiliar system means we cannot quote honestly, we will say so and propose a short paid discovery instead.

There is no proposal deck, no multi-stage discovery process billed as consulting, and no follow-up sequence if you go quiet. If you stop replying we assume the answer is no and leave you alone.

If you go quiet we assume the answer is no. There is no re-engagement campaign, because there is no marketing automation behind this.

When we will tell you no

Frequently enough that it is worth stating in advance rather than discovering together.

  • You manufacture. No MRP, no bills of material, no shop-floor control, none planned. We will name Acumatica or NetSuite instead.
  • You need warehouse management as a system of record — bins, wave picking, barcode workflows.
  • You file statutory returns across multiple jurisdictions. Our coverage is US-centric and two decades of local compliance work is not something we can claim.
  • Your problem is a process rather than a system. About a third of our health checks conclude exactly this, and the report says so in the first paragraph.
  • You are within six months of a transaction. Do not migrate systems immediately before a sale or a raise.
  • Nobody can decide. If no single person can settle a cross-departmental question within a day, an engagement will stall regardless of the software.

Who you will be talking to

Someone who implements this. There is no sales development function, no qualification script, and no handover to a solutions engineer — largely because we are not big enough for any of those to exist.

That means a first conversation can go technical immediately if you want it to. Bring your controller; the person who closes the books asks the questions that matter and a call without them is usually a call you repeat.

Questions

Common follow-ups.

Is the conversation free?
Yes, and there is no obligation. Scoping conversations sometimes conclude that you do not need us, which is a normal outcome rather than a failed call.
Will I be passed to a salesperson?
No. There is no SDR layer and no handover — largely because we are not big enough for either to exist. You speak to someone who implements.
How quickly will you reply?
One business day. If you are working to a tighter deadline, say so and we will do what we can.
What if we are not ready to buy?
That is fine and common. Several conversations have ended with a recommendation to fix data or process first and come back later, which some companies do and some do not.
Will you follow up repeatedly?
No. If you go quiet we assume the answer is no and leave you alone. There is no sequence behind this form.
