Questions
Before you fill this in.
Is this actually free?
Yes, and there is no scoped version behind it that costs money. The diagnostic that follows for an implementation rescue is also free — we charge once there is an engagement, not for telling you what we think.
Will someone call me?
Only if you ask. The default is a written reply. We do not have an SDR team whose job is to book meetings, which is deliberate.
What if we are not ready to buy anything?
Most people who send this are not, and it is still worth doing. A written read on where you actually stand is useful whether you act on it this quarter or in two years.
How detailed is the response?
Usually a page or two: what we think the binding constraint is, what we would do first, roughly what that costs, and what we would not bother with. Where the answer is a competitor or your existing system, we name it.
We already have a vendor quote. Can you review it?
Yes, and it is one of the more useful things we do. Send it in the notes field and we will tell you where the implementation number is likely to move and what is missing from the scope.
