What it is for
Legal serves two audiences. For a firm, it is research and drafting tooling — case search, a clause library, playbooks encoding positions, and agents that do the mechanical parts. For an in-house team, it is the same tooling applied to a smaller and more repetitive set of documents.
Nothing in this module is legal advice. The assistant cites the material it drew on precisely so that a lawyer can check it, and that check is not optional — a summary of a case is a reading of a case, and readings can be wrong. If you are not qualified to evaluate the output, the output is not usable.

What this does not do
A tool for practitioners. Output requires professional review.
There is no matter, no time recording, and no billing. Use Projects and Accounting.
Nothing files anything anywhere.
There is no conflicts database or check.
The corpus covers what it covers. Check before relying on it for a jurisdiction.
Questions
Which jurisdictions?
Ask before relying on it — coverage differs by jurisdiction and court level.
Can it draft a contract from nothing?
It assembles from your clause library. A drafter with an empty library produces generic text.
Is our work product used to train models?
